Obsolete Battle Show (abbreviated as OBS) was the third season of Calculated Battlegrounds.
The season first premiered on October 8th, 2020, though it however had a preview of it releasing beforehand on August 1st, 2020.
Overview
Sometime after the events of "RECOVER", 28 contestants were competing in an object show hosted by the exact same hosts from that of the prior season, except as one of the co-hosts were absent.
At eliminations, the viewers instead vote for who they would like to eliminate from a certain team that would be up for elimination. The contestant with the most of these votes would be eliminated and turned into a bitmap image.
However contestants who die will also get themselves automatically eliminated, as Square lost the ability to recover contestants like they did last season.
Later on in the series, Circle and Square were forced to leave the show as hosts due to the return of Calculatory, the host of the first season, coming back to life and because of the host rules.

Trivia
- On December 8th, 2022, Sacri publicly announced in a YouTube video that Obsolete Battle Show is officially cancelled.
- In the video, Sacri basically states that she decided to cancel OBS because she no longer wanted to continue with the lore - she also felt as if she was obligated to continue it with every new video she put out to please the viewers, generally speaking, it no longer felt like a true passion project to her.
- Most of the show's newly-introduced characters were recommended characters from season, with a few exceptions.
- In the show's Discord server, Sacri found an .FLA file containing the OBS contestants, as well as a handful of scrapped contestants who were originally planned to be in the show.
- The .FLA confirms that Obsolete Battle Show was at one point going to consist of 49 contestants (51 if you include Circle and Square but I doubt they were going to be contestants to begin with).
- However this cast was obviously cut down in size, to only include 28 contestants.
- A few of the scrapped contestants in this cast were actually repurposed as characters for two other shows made by Sacri later down the line: those being 5 Secondly Object Show and BURNER.
- The .FLA confirms that Obsolete Battle Show was at one point going to consist of 49 contestants (51 if you include Circle and Square but I doubt they were going to be contestants to begin with).
